Superior Landscape & Irrigation Specialty Hot Tub Giveaway - Terms of Service

1. Introduction Welcome to the Superior Landscape & Irrigation Specialty Hot Tub Giveaway (the "Giveaway"). By entering this Giveaway, participants agree to abide by these Terms of Service and all decisions of Superior Landscape & Irrigation, which are final and binding in all respects.

2. Eligibility

• Participants must be 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.

• The Giveaway is open to legal residents of the United States.

• Participants must own a home in Minnesota and/or Wisconsin. 

• Employees, affiliates, contractors, and immediate family members of Superior Landscape & Irrigation are not eligible to participate.

• Only one entry per person is allowed; duplicate entries will be disqualified.

3. Giveaway Duration

• The Giveaway will run indefinitely until 2,000 eligible participants have signed up, or at the sole discretion of Superior Landscape & Irrigation’s ownership.

• A Superior Landscape & Irrigation reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Giveaway at any time without prior notice.

4. Entry Requirements

• Participants must sign up through the designated entry form available at www.superiortc.com.

• Entries that are incomplete, inaccurate, or in violation of these Terms of Service will be disqualified.

5. Prize Details

• The prize consists of one (1) specialty hot tub, selected by Superior Landscape & Irrigation.

• The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other substitute.

• The winner is responsible for all applicable taxes, permits, delivery fees, installation fees, and any other costs associated with receiving and using the prize.

• This Giveaway includes only the physical hot tub unit. Additional costs such as delivery, installation, and the construction of a concrete (or other material) pad are not included but can be arranged separately through Superior Landscape & Irrigation at the winner’s expense.

6. Winner Selection & Notification

• Once 2,000 eligible participants have entered, Superior Landscape & Irrigation will randomly select one winner.

• The winner will be notified via the email or phone number provided at the time of entry.

• If the winner does not respond within 7 days, Superior Landscape & Irrigation reserves the right to select another winner.

7. Publicity Release

• By entering the Giveaway, participants agree that Superior Landscape & Irrigation may use their name, image, and likeness for promotional purposes without further compensation.

• The winner agrees to participate in reasonable promotional activities, including social media announcements and website features.

8. Limitation of Liability

• Superior Landscape & Irrigation is not responsible for lost, delayed, or misdirected entries.

• Superior Landscape & Irrigation is not liable for any injury, damage, or loss resulting from participation in the Giveaway or use of the prize.

• By participating, entrants release Superior Landscape & Irrigation from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from or related to the Giveaway.

9. Disqualification & Fraud Prevention

• Superior Landscape & Irrigation reserves the right to disqualify any participant suspected of fraudulent activity, multiple entries, or manipulation of the Giveaway process.

• Any use of automated or third-party entry services will result in immediate disqualification.

10. Privacy Policy

• By entering, participants agree that Superior Landscape & Irrigation may collect and use their contact information solely for the purpose of administering the Giveaway and future marketing communications.

• Superior Landscape & Irrigation will not sell, share, or distribute personal information without explicit consent.

11. Governing Law

• This Giveaway and these Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Minnesota.

• Any disputes arising from this Giveaway shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Minnesota.

12. Amendments

• Superior Landscape & Irrigation reserves the right to amend these Terms of Service at any time without prior notice.

• Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on www.superiortc.com.
