Designer
Landscape design is a combination of exciting skill sets; style, function, physics, and precision. Superior's designs are handed directly to our install crews, every measurement carefully calculated.

Experience using one of the leading design programs is helpful, but entry level positions are available with training on our systems and procedures.
Project Manager
Working from the top down, our Project Managers are the ones who make things happen. The main go-to between our clients and our team, Project Managers are overseeing the project from start to finish.
​
Project Managers need to have at least 10 years in the construction industry, and be knowledgeable in creating and maintaining strict timetables.
Team Foreman
Team Foreman is a skilled builder. For this position, you need to be highly efficient with equipment, material, and people. Our Foremen lead the charge day to day. Helping others operate at their best while performing the high level functions is the balance we train for at Superior.

Experience with heavy machinery is a must. We move large quantities of material on a daily basis, effectively, and in an organized manner.

Irrigation Technician
Superior's Irrigation is one of our core services. Entry level jobs come with training, and there are a number of roles that may be right just for you. The entire department is responsible for the following: system installs, maintenance, upgrade & replacement, and above all else, great customer service.
