CUSTOM MASONARY FIREPLACE

The focal point of the space is the custom-built masonry fireplace—crafted with clean lines and durable materials that complement the surrounding paver tones. Its tiered design provides both visual weight and elegant proportion, while the integrated log storage keeps functionality front and center. The fireplace establishes a natural gathering point, elevating the patio from a simple seating area to a true outdoor living room. Its placement at the patio’s edge adds depth to the overall layout and creates a cozy focal view from multiple seating angles.

THOUGHTFUL PLANNING

The patio’s generous footprint is built using a subtle blend of warm-toned pavers arranged in a multi-size pattern that creates movement without overwhelming the space. Tight joint lines and precise transitions showcase Superior’s expert installation teams at work. The darker soldier-course border frames the entire patio with architectural clarity, grounding the design and ensuring clean separation between hardscape and lawn. The gentle angle of the patio edges helps soften the geometry and creates a natural flow from the staircase above to the lounge areas below.

INTEGRATED HOT TUB

The hot tub is positioned with both convenience and comfort in mind, seamlessly incorporated into the patio layout without disrupting flow or sightlines. Nestled against the home and framed by clean rock beds, it remains easily accessible from the interior walkout door as well as the main patio seating area. Its placement allows for year-round use while maintaining privacy, and the surrounding hardscape ensures stable, slip-resistant access. By integrating the hot tub into the overall design rather than treating it as an add-on, the space feels cohesive, intentional, and ready for daily relaxation.
