Technicians at Superior Landscape & Irrigation will invite you to join SIP, our Superior Irrigation Program.
The average homeowner wastes three full bathtubs of water per day due to common problems in their home irrigation systems, which naturally develop over time.

Start the season the right way.

Once temperatures rise and frosty nights become less likely, we'll start scheduling your spring irrigation startups, typically occurring from late April to early May.

MIDSEASON CHECKUP
Keep your system running at peak efficiency.
Complete system evaluation
Adjust heads and spray optimization
Seasonal clock adjustment
Recommendations and suggest any necessary repairs
Now is an opportune moment to assess your system, fine-tune heads and water distribution, rectify any water pooling or dry spots in the yard, and arrange for any essential repairs. Additionally, our technician will provide you with strategies to reduce water consumption and help you save money!

Remove water from the system lines and backflow preventer

Technicians expel water from the lines during winterization to safeguard the system against damage caused by ice formation from freezing water within the lines.

PRICING & TERMS
Plans are for 12-monthly payments via ACH from your bank account.
One year commitment required. Early termination will require balance due for services rendered. Programs auto renew annually, unless cancelled in writing.
